JolE Vendor Terms & Conditions
These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation by vendors (“Vendor”, “you”, “your”) on the JolE platform (“JolE”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the JolE vendor portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must be legally registered businesses operating in the Cayman Islands and authorized to offer the products or services promoted on the JolE platform.
2. Deal Submission & Content
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted deals:
- Are accurate, clear, and not misleading
- Include all applicable Terms & Conditions
- Clearly state validity periods, exclusions, and limitations
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
JolE reserves the right to edit, reject, request changes to, or remove any deal at its discretion.
3. Deal Approval Process
- All deals are subject to review by JolE before publication
- Approval typically occurs within 72 hours
- Submission does not guarantee approval
- JolE may suspend or remove deals that receive repeated complaints or violate platform rules
4. Deal Redemption
- Vendors must honour deals exactly as advertised
- Deals may only be redeemed using the official JolE redemption process
- Staff must enter the unique redemption code at the time of service
- Redemption codes must not be reused, shared, or entered after service completion
Failure to follow redemption procedures may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
5. Staff Training & Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all relevant staff:
- Are aware of active JolE deals
- Understand how redemption works
- Treat JolE members fairly and respectfully
JolE is not responsible for internal staff miscommunication.
6. Misuse & Fraud
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Refusing to honour valid deals
- Altering deal terms at point of redemption
- Entering redemption codes without a member present
- Using JolE deals for internal, test, or personal use
- Sharing or abusing redemption codes
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
7. Complaints & Disputes
- JolE may investigate complaints from members
- Vendors agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations
- JolE reserves the right to remove deals or suspend vendors pending review
8. Suspension & Termination
JolE may suspend or terminate vendor access at any time for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated complaints
- Actions that damage the JolE brand or member experience
Termination may occur without notice in serious cases.
9. Platform Changes
JolE may update or modify platform features, processes, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
JolE acts solely as a promotional platform and is not responsible for:
- Vendor service quality
- Member behaviour
- Financial losses incurred by vendors
Use of the platform is at the vendor’s own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
