Yes, all Members have the option to request cancellation of a new or auto-renewed Membership within the first 30 days, provided that no Offers have been redeemed and the product is unused. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact Customer Service via email at info@jolecayman.com.

Yes, to redeem Offers on the App you need to be connected to the internet.

The weekly membership is curated for travelers visiting the Cayman Islands and looking to enhance their experience without breaking their bank. This membership automatically expires after 7 days. You won't be charged again unless you restart your account. 

To cancel your membership go to My Membership plan under your JolE profile and request to cancel your membership. You won't be charged again unless you restart your account. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use JolE until the account cancels automatically at the end of the billing period.

Add the selected coupon to My Bucket. Read the terms and conditions under each offer before making a reservation. Once you arrive at the Merchant and you are ready to make the payment, go to the selected coupon in My Bucket on your JolE app and allow the Merchant to add in their unique code. The coupon will then be redeemed and the discount applied to your final bill.
