These Member Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JolE mobile application and website (“JolE”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering, subscribing, or using JolE, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Membership
- Members must be at least 18 years old
- Membership is personal and non-transferable
- JolE reserves the right to approve or terminate memberships at its discretion
2. Membership Access & Subscriptions
- JolE provides access to exclusive deals and offers from participating vendors
- Subscription fees, billing cycles, and pricing are displayed at the time of sign-up
- Promotional free periods may be offered at JolE’s discretion
- Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
3. Deal Usage & Redemption
- Deals are subject to vendor-specific terms and conditions
- Members must present deals through the JolE app at the time of redemption
- Screenshots, printed offers, or expired deals will not be accepted
- Each deal may only be redeemed as stated in the offer terms
- JolE does not guarantee deal availability
4. Points & Rewards
- Members may earn points through deal redemptions or promotional activities
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged
- JolE reserves the right to modify or discontinue points programs at any time
5. Vendor Responsibility
- Vendors are independent businesses responsible for fulfilling their offers
- JolE does not control or guarantee vendor services, quality, or availability
- Any disputes regarding service quality must be resolved directly with the vendor
6. Prohibited Use
Members may not:
- Share accounts or misuse deals
- Attempt to redeem deals fraudulently
- Abuse vendors or JolE staff
- Use JolE for unlawful purposes
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
JolE acts solely as a promotional platform and is not liable for:
- Vendor service issues
- Lost savings or missed opportunities
- Personal injury, loss, or damages arising from vendor services
Use of JolE is at your own risk.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
JolE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of deals or vendors
9. Changes to the Platform
JolE may update deals, features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
