JolE Member Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 27 May 2026

These Member Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JolE mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by JolE (“JolE”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering for an account, subscribing to a membership, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Membership

1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for or use the Platform.

1.2 Memberships are personal, revocable, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or assigned to any other person.

1.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

1.4 You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

1.5 JolE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate memberships or accounts at any time and without liability.

2. Membership Services & Subscriptions

2.1 JolE provides members with access to promotional offers, discounts, and deals made available by independent third-party vendors participating on the Platform.

2.2 Membership fees, subscription pricing, billing cycles, trial periods, and renewal terms shall be disclosed at the time of registration or purchase.

2.3 Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable renewal rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

2.4 You authorise JolE and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and recurring charges.

2.5 Promotional or complimentary trial memberships may be modified, restricted, withdrawn, or terminated by JolE at any time.

2.6 All payments are non-refundable except where required under applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by JolE.

3. Deal Availability & Redemption

3.1 All deals, promotions, rewards, and offers are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time by JolE or the participating vendor.

3.2 Vendors may impose additional terms, conditions, restrictions, exclusions, blackout periods, booking requirements, or usage limitations applicable to specific offers.

3.3 Members must present valid offers through the official JolE application or approved redemption method at the time of purchase or service.

3.4 Screenshots, copied offers, expired deals, altered promotions, or unauthorised reproductions shall not constitute valid redemption methods.

3.5 Deals may only be redeemed in accordance with the terms stated in the applicable offer.

3.6 JolE does not guarantee:

  • the availability of any deal;
  • vendor participation;
  • uninterrupted access to offers;
  • specific savings or outcomes.

4. Points, Rewards & Promotions

4.1 JolE may offer loyalty points, rewards, referral incentives, promotional credits, or similar benefits (“Rewards”).

4.2 Rewards:

  • have no cash value;
  • are non-transferable;
  • may not be redeemed for cash;
  • may not be sold or exchanged.

4.3 JolE reserves the right to modify, suspend, revoke, limit, or terminate any Rewards programme, point balance, or promotional benefit at any time and without liability.

4.4 JolE may reverse or remove Rewards earned through suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

5. Vendor Relationships & Third-Party Services

5.1 Vendors listed on the Platform are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, or affiliates of JolE.

5.2 JolE does not own, operate, supervise, endorse, guarantee, or control vendor businesses, products, services, premises, staff, or operations.

5.3 Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • honouring their offers;
  • service quality;
  • pricing accuracy;
  • customer service;
  • health and safety compliance;
  • legal and regulatory compliance.

5.4 Any disputes, complaints, injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from vendor products or services shall be resolved directly between the member and the vendor.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Members shall not:

  • share or transfer accounts;
  • misuse promotions or redemption systems;
  • engage in fraudulent redemptions;
  • create multiple accounts for abuse purposes;
  • harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate vendors, staff, or other users;
  • use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorised purposes;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and may result in legal action where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, branding, software, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to JolE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the Platform or its content without prior written consent from JolE.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 JolE operates solely as a promotional and marketing platform connecting members with independent vendors.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted under Cayman Islands law, JolE shall not be liable for:

  • vendor conduct or service quality;
  • inaccurate vendor information;
  • cancelled promotions;
  • refusal of service by vendors;
  • food safety incidents;
  • personal injury;
  • illness;
  • death;
  • property damage;
  • financial loss;
  • loss of savings;
  • emotional distress;
  • indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

8.3 Members acknowledge and agree that participation in vendor services, activities, events, dining experiences, fitness activities, travel services, beauty treatments, or other promotions is undertaken entirely at the member’s own risk.

8.4 JolE makes no warranties or representations regarding:

  • vendor products or services;
  • uninterrupted Platform availability;
  • accuracy of promotions;
  • suitability of offers for any purpose.

8.5 The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JolE, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or relating to:

  • your use of the Platform;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your misuse of promotions or rewards;
  • your interactions with vendors;
  • your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 JolE reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts immediately and without notice where:

  • these Terms are breached;
  • fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected;
  • payment failures occur;
  • conduct creates legal, operational, or reputational risk to JolE.

10.2 JolE may revoke access to deals, Rewards, subscriptions, or Platform functionality following termination.

11. Privacy & Data Use

11.1 By using the Platform, you acknowledge that JolE may collect, process, and store personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

11.2 JolE may share necessary account or redemption information with participating vendors solely for operational and redemption purposes.

12. Platform Changes

12.1 JolE reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Platform, including:

  • features;
  • promotions;
  • subscription pricing;
  • Rewards programmes;
  • vendor participation;
  • these Terms.

12.2 Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

13. Force Majeure

JolE shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, hurricanes, pandemics, internet outages, governmental actions, utility failures, labour disputes, or acts of God.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands.

14.2 The courts of the Cayman Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.
